This Ground Up restoration of this 1971 Dodge Charger LT. The entire car was Media Blasted, and
while I was reupholstering the interior and rebuilding the original engine with slightly more hot rod
mopar performance parts my painter performed a miracle with an awesome paintjob to the
customer's spec while using all the original bodywork.
The engine was the original 318 ci lump, and thought it ran it was very tired.
My machinist used racing racing pistons and cam, sleeved one of the bores, and went to town color
coding it to the paint. The engine has now been bored to 327ci, and with the 690cfm Holley, it
should make about 330 Bhp. American Racing wheels and completely new suspension and brakes
are on their way. This is going to be a hell of nice car for a Dodge. :)
